About this site
SingaporeSalary.com is published by Radif Partners, an independent publisher of free payroll and tax calculators for several countries. The site was started in 2026 with one aim: to give employees and employers in Singapore a calculator that applies the CPF Board’s tables as they are written, all five of them, rather than a single percentage, and that explains every step.
Why this calculator exists
Most Singapore salary calculators apply 20 % and 17 % to every salary. That is right for citizens and for PRs from their third year, and wrong for first- and second-year PRs, for older workers, for low wages, for bonuses above the Additional Wage ceiling and for anyone paid more than $8,000 a month. Those are exactly the cases where people need a calculator. We built the engine from the rate tables, the rounding notes and the IRAS rules, and we test it against the examples the CPF Board and IRAS publish.
How we work
Every rate is read from the official source, written into a single parameter file with its source and the date it was checked, and never typed into a page by hand. Pages that quote an amount compute it with the same engine as the calculator. The parameters were last checked on 2026-09-27. The method, the test cases and the known limits are published on the methodology page, and the rules we follow in writing and correcting are in the editorial policy.
How the site is funded
The site is free and requires no account. It may show advertising in the future, placed below the calculators and never inside them. We do not sell data, and there is none to sell: the calculators run in your browser and nothing you type is sent to us. No bank, employer, recruiter or government body pays for or reviews the content.
What we are not
We are not tax advisers and not affiliated with the CPF Board, IRAS or the Ministry of Manpower. The results are estimates to help you plan; your payslip, CPF statement and notice of assessment are the documents that count.
Report an error
If a figure looks wrong, write to contact@singaporesalary.com with the page, the inputs and what you expected. We check every report against the official source and publish corrections with their date.
