Reporting an error

Tell us the page, the salary, age and status you entered, the figure shown and the figure you expected, with its source if you have one: a payslip line, a CPF statement or an IRAS notice. Please do not send your NRIC, bank details or full documents; the numbers are enough.

Questions about your own situation

We cannot give personal tax or payroll advice. For your CPF contributions, the CPF Board answers through its website and hotline; for your tax, IRAS; for your employment terms, the Ministry of Manpower.
